Care-giver's support group offered at Cloverdale Senior Multi-Pur- pose Center is starting a Care- giver's support group. This support group is for anyone who is taking care of an ill or elderly spouse, parent, etc. "There are many frustrations when you are giving long term care to someone. No matter how much you may love the person there are times when you feel that you can't take anymore. The pur- pose of this support group is to give you a place where you can talk about your frustrations and get support from others in the same situation," a spokesperson explained. The group will be facilitated by a trained Peer Counselor from Cloverdale. Meetings will be the first and third Fridays of the month, from 10-11 am. Meetings will take place at the senior cen- ter, 201 Commercial Street. The first meeting is on Friday, Nov. 7. Call the senior center and ask for Holly if you have any questions or want to come to the meeting. This support group is for all ages. t @ T.S.
