Geyserville Inn opens The Geyserville Inn, a new 38 room facility, recently opened ad- jacent to Highway 101 at the Can- yon Road exit in Geyserville. Owned by Daniel J. Christensen, CPA, of Santa Rosa, the inn was designed by Larry Walter of Walter and Wagner. Located on 3.5 acres in the heart of the wine country, adjacent to the historic Hoffman House on Geyserville Avenue. Special features include patios and balconies, fireplaces and a complimentary continental break- fast for guests. Horse Council Poker ride benefit for horse community The Sonoma County Horse Council will'hold a benefit poker ride at Spring Lake Park, Santa Rosa, Sunday, Oct. 19. There will be a Barbecue and silent auction at 2 p.m. after the ride that starts at 10 a.m. The ride will benefit an econom- ic impact survey of the horse com- munity in Sonoma County.
