His father, Manville Doyle, founded Exchange Bank in Santa Rosa in 1890, serving as its first president until his death in 1916. Frank followed in his successful father's footsteps. A true leader, Doyle was involved in many local business and civic ventures. During the 1930's, he led the bank and the community through the Depression years by procuring federal monies to help construct buildings at Santa Rosa Junior College. The  d  P.
