Page 6, Cloverdale Reveille, August 20, 1997 Meals on Wheels Golf Tournament to benefit seniors The Council on Aging Services for Seniors is hosting a "Meals on Wheels" Golf Tournament on Sept. 27 at the Oakmount East Golf Club. All proceeds will be used to help fund a wide range of services offered through this non-profit agency, including: Meals on Wheels, Senior Day Activities, Friendly Visitor Programs, Daily Money Management, Legal Services and Case Manage- ment. Ukiah Players Theatre presents comedy Ukiah Players Theatre will stage Italian American Reconcilia- tion by Oscar award-winning playwright John Patrick Shanley through Sept. 6 at Ukiah Playhouse. Proceeds from the opening night performance at 7 pm on Thursday, Aug. 21 will benefit the American Cancer Society. Reservations for that performance only ($10 each) may be made by calling 462-7642. Italian American Reconciliation, set in New York's "Little Italy," is a zestfully comic and romantic folktale exploring the complexi- ties of love. Featured in the cast are Michelle Hardeman, Nick Karavas, Marietta Klenofsky, March Rauch and Amber Snow. Ellen Weed directs. Italian American Reconciliation will continue through Saturday, Sept. 6, with 7 pm performances on Thursdays and 8 pm performances on Fridays and Saturdays. There is one matinee scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 6 at 2 pro. Thursday evening and Saturday matinee tickets are $9 and $10. Tickets for Friday and Saturday nights are $10 and $12.
