Instructors will also accept registrations at the first meeting of off-campus classes, providing the class is not filled by earlier registrants. Students should be prepared to pay all fees at the time of registration. Fees this semester are the same as last, with a $3 Student Use Fee, and a $3.50 Health Fee for students taking fewer than nine units. Obit ri Rachel Jackson Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday for Rachel Manuel Jackson, 64, a Pomo Indian and Geyserville native who died Monday, August 11, in a Healdurg Hospital after a long iline. She is survived by her daughters, Emmie Gomez, Rachel Grant and Lila Compos, all of Geyserville; sons, Byron Jackson, Geyserville; Peter Jackson, Oregon ; and Loomis Jackson, Washington ; brother Byron Manuel, Windsor: sister, Deiphine Calzado, Manteca; and six grandehildren. Services were at 9 a.m. Saturday at Fred Young and Company, Healdsburg, continuing to St. John's Catholic Church, where mass he celebral.ed a t 9:30. Frances Rasmussen Memorial services were held Saturday in San Diego for Frances Boswell Rasmussen, 43, Cloverdale, who died Sunday in a Santa Rosa hospital afte," a long illness.
