Page 3 Santa Rosa Players celebrate lOOth birth year of Cole Porter The Santa Rosa Players will cele- brate the 100th birth year of popular composer Cole Porter with a concert featuring over 50 of his songs, from the well known classics to rarely performed gems. Performances will be August 10, I1, 16, 17, at 8:15 p.m. and on Au- gust 18 at 2 p.m. at the Lincoln Arts Center, 709 Davis Street, Santa Rosa, as a benefit for the Santa Rosa Players. The concert is called "Porter's People" and was conceived, arranged and directed by Betty Cole-Graham and Claire Victor. Cloverdale's very own Cheryl Bock is the musical director. Limited Cabaret seating will be available, and wine and cheesecake will be served.
