Kick offthe holiday weekend at FNL California's hottest dance band, Bill Noteman and the Rockets, kick off the holiday weekend July 2 Fri- day Night Live in downtown Clo- verdale. The Rockets are legendary among Lake, Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino county fans that follow the Rockets and their unique high energy blend of Chicago blues and rock and roll known as West Coast Jump. Amazing harmonica virtuoso Bill Noteman is skillfully supported by original members and local leg- ends "Mojo" Larry Platz on guitar, David "Rockin 88's" Neft on key- boards, bassist Dave "Fingers" Fal- co and new drummer Steve "The Shuffler" DuBois. The Rockets do the classic "road- house sound" and fire out big time Bill Noteman plays at FNL. on great dance floor shuffles that get people out dancing. Raw ex- pressive vocals, searing harmonica, sizzling guitar and cooking keys dipped in the sauce of a smoldering rhythm section....the Rockets are not to be missed at this Friday Night Live! This incredibly tight, high energy dance band that will leave FNL fans jumpin' on the floor begging them to play one more! Friday Night Live festivities be- gin at 5:30 p.m. with the Cloverdale Certified Farmers Market which of- fers fresh local produce, arts, crafts and food, or sample local restau- rants offering early bird and late night specials. Music starts at 7 p.m. Arrive early for limited seat- ing or bring your own lawn chair. Friday Night Live is produced by the Cloverdale Arts Alliance with underwriting support from the City of Cloverdale and a number of gen- erous local businesses and winery sponsors.
