Santa Rosa JC'00; Evening of Symphonic Music is May 13 The world premier perfor- mance of the new cantata "Vi- sion Fire," by Matin composer Peter Black will be presented Tuesday, May 13, at Santa Rosa Junior College. The piece will be part of the "Evening of Symphonic Music," performed by the college's Evening Wind Ensemble and Community Orchestra. The con- cert begins at 8 pm in Burbank Auditorium on SRJC's Santa Rosa campus. Admissions is free. Peter Black will conduct the colleges Community Orchestra as it plays the piece, =Vision Fire." Cloverdale Pre-school Co-op to hold spring fair and silent auction Cloverdale Preschool Co-op is holding its annual Spring Fair/ Silent Auction at Kleiser Park on Saturday, May 17 from 11 am to 2 pm. There will be fun and games for everyone, including pony tides, music, children's games, food, face painting and a party jump house. Admission is free. So, bring your family and have some fun while supporting the children of the Cloverdale Preschool Co-op. Family Service Food Distribution Thursday, May 15 The next Cloverdale Family Service (CFS) Food Distribution will be held Thursday, May 15 (May's third Thursday) from 1 to 3:30 pm at the Citrus Fair. Henry Ford Cloverdale Senior Multi-Purpose Center Coordinator Holly Werner (I) accepted a check for $258 from Rlta Rlcetti, the past president of the Cloverdale Women's Bowling Aseoclatlon. The Association ended when Cloverdale Bowl closed last year. Members spilt up the money they had left over, and part went to the senior center, and the other half went to the Boys and Girls Club of Cloverdale.
