BLM advisory council to meet at Clear Lake Members of the US Bureau of Land Management's Ukiah Re- source Advisory Council will dis- cuss issues ranging from recreation fees to standards and guidelines for healthy range- lands, when they met Thursday and Friday, April 17 and 18, at Clear Lake. The meeting, open to the pub- lic, will be held in the Confer- ence Room of the E10rande Best Western Motel, 15135 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake. Thursday's session gets under- way at 10 am. Items on the agen- da include discussions about recreation user fees, a report on the proposed Yahi-Ishi National Conservation Area, a status re- port on the development of an Environmental Impact State- ment for rangeland standards and guidelines, and reports from the managers of BLM's Arcata, Clear Lake and Redding Re- source Areas.
